How long can I use my Ecoplay portable power station to power my devices？
1. First, you need to check out your device's operating power (measured by watts). If it is less than the output power of your EP1200's AC port, it can be supported by the EP1200. For example, the Ecoplay power station EP1200 can run AC devices at 110V and less than 1200W.
2. Then, you can calculate the working time with the following formula:
Working time = EP1200's Watt-Hours * 0.85 / operating power of your device. Example:
Let's assume your device's power consumption is 700W (might be a microwave), and you want to use the EP1200 to run your device.
2048Wh*0.85/700w = Roughly 1.16 hours.

How do I track my order？

Why isn’t my tracking updating？
If your tracking is not showing information, please wait 2-4 days before trying to track your package again. If your package is showing information but it is not updating, your package is making its way to your country and will be updated once it is picked up by your local postal office. Can I change or cancel my order？
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us at support@global-ecoplay.comimmediately after you have purchased your product. We will email you within 24 hours to confirm your changes and any further instructions. Once we have shipped your order, you cannot cancel or modify your order. Customized orders must be cancelled within 24 hours. Orders with Express Shipping cannot be cancelled.

Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Where is my refund？
